Thanks for the video. I had a prospect awhile back that had a similar situation. Asked if I could guarantee a 20-30k profit on the selling price if he were to buy a pre-construction home. After telling him that I do not have a crystal ball (not in those exact words), he stated that he would not use me as a listing agent. I did provide him some advice but I think he'd already made up his mind. What are they teaching them in the seminar?
