About Majestic Realty

Don Murphy is the Broker of Majestic Realty and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1972. He established his brokerage in 1974 and has been representing homebuyers exclusively since 1992.

Don is a Charter Member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA), a pro-consumer group founded to raise the standards of conduct in real estate and dedicated to protecting the rights of and representing the best interests of the buyer in every real estate transaction.

Don has completed the qualifications and holds the distinction of the following designations:

CEBA(Certified Exclusive Buyer Agent) through NAEBA, awarded only
to NAEBA members who have completed stringent qualifications and
educational requirements, have an extensive number of real estate
transactions wherein they only represented the buyer - in an offce which
represented only buyers and have presented a background of service to
NAEBA. Across the U.S. there are less than 100 Broker/Agents who have
earned this designation.
CBA(Certified Buyer Agent) through the Buyer Broker Institute.
ABR(Accredited Buyer Representative) through REBAC (the Real Estate
Buyer Agency Council).
CSP(Certified New Home Sales Professional) through the National
Association of Home Builders.
